Young Tempranillo from Rioja Alta.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks after a slight de-stemming and crushing. After cold maceration, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of no more than 25ºC for 10 days, to extract all its character and preserve the properties of the grape to the maximum.
