Pazo de Villarei is a 100% Albariño monovarietal, a broth with incredible organoleptic properties, with an unmistakable flavor, full of modernity but steeped in tradition.
Once uncorked, we are surprised by its tone, straw yellow with greenish reflections, and its aroma, of remarkable intensity. We are able to separate the scent of apricot, pineapple, white flowers ... from nature.
On the palate, Pazo de Villarei is a fresh but full-bodied Albariño with a slight bitterness and well-integrated acidity: a sparkling wine, full of life.

Tasting note
He transmits his youth with great personality. It is persistent and with a very pronounced aftertaste due to its aging on fine lees because we believe that it is the best way to further enrich the aromas of the variety, ensuring an exclusive expression.
